Refund policy

Due to the nature of handcrafted items, we at EM Fiber Co do not offer refunds on items AFTER they have been fulfilled. If your order has not yet been fulfilled it is still eligible for a refund. Digital products are never eligible for a refund and all sales are final.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
